Full Stadiums Back? Florida Governor OKs Dolphins for 65,000 Fans
Wait, what? Seriously?
I must admit I was a little caught off guard by this. So you're telling me that as soon as next week, while many stadiums throughout the country still have nobody watching gamers, the Dolphins, Jaguars and Buccaneers could have full stadiums? I did not see that coming.
I mean, they would still have to get all those people to show up to the games in order to make that happen. To make the obligatory joke, who could have ever imagined the Dolphins would lead the NFL in attendance this season, am I right? But this really seems weird. I was having a discussion with somebody a couple weeks ago about when the next time we thought we'd see a full stadium was and let's just say if this comes to fruition this season, my guess was several years off.
I guess only time will tell, but having the only teams that can have full capacity crowds in all of American professional sports be the Dolphins, Jags and Bucs when the Stanley Cup Final and NBA Finals were just played in front of video boards is about as 2020 as it gets.
